Job Summary
Lead workflow planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across Tax and Client Accounting Services (CAS) teams to optimize utilization and balance workloads. Partner with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs, monitor utilization, and provide actionable reporting and insights. Identify process improvements to reduce bottlenecks, support forecasting and use of external staffing resources as needed, and collaborate with recruiting and leadership on hiring and development needs.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years work experience in logistics, resource management or related field; CPA firm experience highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement systems and comprehensive solutions to resource management challenges
- Exceptional communication, influencing and analytical skills; thrives on collaboration
- Applies practical cause-and-effect and systems thinking
- Strong business acumen; ability to learn quickly about company business and related strategic growth and profit drivers
- Familiarity with forecasting processes and tools
- Service oriented with the strength to make difficult decisions and challenge norms
