Job Summary
Resource Manager to lead workflow planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across Tax and Client Accounting Services (CAS) teams; focus on improving efficiency, balancing workloads, and supporting strong client service outcomes; responsibilities include monitoring utilization, providing reporting/insights, partnering with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs, collaborating on hiring/development, and identifying process improvements; role may be based in one of 19 office locations, filled as hybrid or remote depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years work experience in logistics, resource management or related field
- CPA firm experience valued
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement systems and comprehensive solutions to resource management challenges
- Exceptional communication, influencing and analytical skills
- Applies practical cause-and-effect and systems thinking
- Strong business acumen; ability to learn quickly about company business and related strategic growth and profit drivers
- Familiarity with forecasting processes and tools
- Service oriented with the strength to make difficult decisions and challenge norms
