Resource Manager

Own end-to-end resource allocation across all active projects, matching demands with available talent and prioritizing bench resources before new hiring. Resolve conflicts by chairing Weekly Resource Review Meetings and develop rolling 3-, 6-, and 12-month capacity plans based on project pipelines and business forecasts. Manage the bench pipeline through structured engagement plans and 30/60/90-day escalation protocols, while tracking bench cost as a percentage of total payroll. Maintain resource cost budgets, rate cards, and CTC models to report variances to Finance and leadership, ensuring data accuracy within ERP and PSA tools. Serve as the central coordination point between Delivery, HR, Finance, and C-Suite to present resource health dashboards covering utilization and forecast accuracy.
