Resource Management Delivery Services Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and oversee an enterprise team providing coaching, prioritization guidance, and performance management for resource management support activities. Manage coordination and delivery of tactical services including Dayshape data uploads, schedule maintenance, and execution of global scheduling initiatives across offshore and onshore resources. Act as the primary capacity escalation point, coordinating coverage during absences and surge demand while ensuring data accuracy and process compliance through quality checks. Partner with Resource Managers to translate resourcing requirements into executable plans and identify recurring issues to recommend process improvements. Support onboarding, training, and development of team members, and participate in testing and deployment of new Dayshape product releases. Provide structured operational feedback to Strategic Business Analysts to inform solution design and prioritization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications
- 5-8 years resource management experience in professional services organization
- Experience working with or leading teams that include offshore or globally distributed resources
- Strong working knowledge of resource management processes and workflows
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior leadership
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and approaches
- Interest in identifying and implementing continuous improvements within resource management operations
- Demonstrated experience leading, coordinating, and prioritizing work across global and offshore teams and time zones, including coverage planning, workload balancing, and proactive communication to support continuous delivery and business needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities with accuracy and urgency
