Job Summary
Resource Management Delivery Services Senior Associate provides day-to-day tactical RM support, including Dayshape data uploads, schedule maintenance, and cross-time-zone coordination. Partners with Resource Managers and Delivery Services leadership to translate resourcing requirements into task-level execution plans, perform quality checks, and support onboarding. Participates in testing/deployment of Dayshape releases, contributes to release communications and training materials, and identifies data quality issues or control gaps for leadership review. Demonstrates ability to collaborate across global teams, manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency, and continuously improve RM operations. Role requires 2+ years of RM experience in a professional services environment and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with strong MS Office skills and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications
- 2+ years resource management experience in a professional services organization
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
