Resource Management Business Planning Advisor to lead resource planning, procurement, capacity planning, and organizational alignment across Distribution Engineering leadership. Responsibilities include determining resource requirements with project managers, assisting in acquiring human resources and materials, allocating resources to projects, monitoring utilization with project-management tools, conducting capacity planning, and facilitating stakeholder negotiations. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, communication and leadership to influence outcomes, identify inefficiencies, manage risks, and drive data-driven improvements. A material duty across all roles is protecting and properly managing sensitive data and assets. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher and extensive experience in strategic resource allocation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. The position is remote with potential on-site visits to an SCE facility in California; the primary work location is remote with California as a stated work-residence requirement.
