Resource Interventionist

Job Summary
Resource Interventionist provides targeted academic support to K-8 students with learning gaps, delivering small group and one-on-one instruction in reading, writing, math, and other deficits using research-based and multisensory strategies. Collaborates with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to develop individualized intervention plans, analyzes data to adjust interventions, and communicates student progress and strategies to parents. Maintains detailed records of interventions and outcomes, participates in multidisciplinary team meetings, aligns instruction with curriculum standards, integrates technology to enhance learning, and differentiates instruction to meet diverse learners' needs. Requires bachelor's degree in Education/Special Education and valid teaching certification. Starting pay listed as $20 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification
- Prior teaching experience in a K-8 setting is preferred
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including those with learning disabilities, is highly desirable
