Job Summary
Resource/Floater staff to support multiple classrooms throughout the school, providing nurturing care, supervision, and flexible assistance with coverage, transitions, daily routines, and implementation of lesson plans as directed by lead teachers. Maintain a positive, safe, engaging environment; communicate professionally with children, families, coworkers, and administration; assist with classroom management and health and safety compliance; demonstrate initiative by identifying classroom needs and supporting development across age groups.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- A CDA (Child Development Associate) or Early Childhood Credential is preferred
- Current enrollment in an Early Childhood Education program is welcomed
- Associate’s degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
