Job Summary
Resource Efficiency Manager role at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA supporting a military energy management program. Responsibilities include energy engineering/management, supporting facility repair/construction, design review, project/program management, identifying energy savings projects, energy audits, and promoting energy and water conservation across multiple programs. Requires active T1 clearance and U.S. citizenship; requires four-year degree or equivalent energy-management experience with 5+ years (PE license preferred) or related degree with more years of experience; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401K match, and comprehensive coverage.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering) and/or a registered Professional Engineer registration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management.
- An Environmental Science, business or related degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in energy management.
- A two-year technical degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy management.
- No college degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in energy management.
- Active T1 Background Clearance is required.
- Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
