Job Summary

Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) at Fort Drum, NY to support a DoD client by performing energy engineering and energy management functions, supporting facility repair and construction activities, providing design review comments, project management support, identifying energy savings projects, and conducting energy audits; role emphasizes planning, development, execution and program analysis across energy programs, and promoting energy and water conservation initiatives to optimize utility resource use. Requires active T1 CAC card investigation and United States citizenship.

Required Qualifications

  • A four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering) and/or a registered Professional Engineer registration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management.
  • An Environmental Science, business or related degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in energy management.
  • A two-year technical degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy management.
  • No college degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in energy management.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
  • T1 Investigation for a CAC card is required
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
