Job Summary
Develop and maintain vendor relations for residential and nonresidential programs, providing technical assistance during the vendorization process. Analyze program designs to ensure compliance with CCR Title 17 and WIC, conduct pre-vendorization safety walks, and audit application packets before submission. Manage grant administration for CPP, Underserved/Disparity, and PDF funds by facilitating RFPs, reviewing reimbursement receipts, and ensuring timely contractor reporting. Deliver training modules and present to vendors, including residential orientation and new vendor sessions, while translating into Spanish as needed. Audit consumer and vendor files, participate in interagency and state committees, and assist with quality assurance investigations and corrective action plans. Report to the office unless approved otherwise.
Required Qualifications
- Three years experience working as a Service Coordinator
- B.A. from an accredited university in the Human Service field
- knowledgeable of and apply essential computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel
Desired Qualifications
- one or two years experience in the field of developmental disabilities preferred and/or training
