Job Summary
Resource Counselor role in East County for a nonprofit providing individualized social services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work one-on-one with individuals to help them integrate into their community and pursue goals related to employment, housing, community living, education, and personal development. The position involves supporting skill-building in the workplace and daily living, coordinating with a dynamic team, maintaining caseloads, and facilitating opportunities for independence. Requirements include a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred), a valid CA driver's license, safe vehicle, and at least 2 years of driving experience. A starting hourly rate of $23-$25 with a $1/hour pay increase after completing a development program and ongoing professional development opportunities are offered.
