Job Summary
Resource Center Director leads the Gail Miller Resource Center’s housing-focused programs for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The role provides trauma-informed oversight across services, ensures ethical and professional client relations, drives program evaluation and data-driven improvements, collaborates with partner agencies, manages budgets and reporting, and mentors a diverse team of staff and interns to support housing stability and client services. The position requires in-person duties with travel between centers and occasional remote work with supervisor approval; Bachelor’s-level education, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to equity and trauma-informed practices are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of two years of experience working with homeless or low-income populations
- Minimum of two years of experience supervising a diverse staff
