Job Summary
Forecast and track resource allocation needs, assignments, and availability for assigned projects to support efficient utilization of clinical resources. Coordinate the intake, follow-up, and resolution of all resource requests while maintaining project modules in the system. Evaluate resource requests and availability with other areas to ensure resourcing needs are met, identifying staff based on client requirements, therapeutic needs, and geographical areas. Lead weekly resourcing meetings, distribute reports, and update roll-off dates for all clinical resources. Liaise with internal departments to prioritize needs for future work, RFPs, and bid defense meetings, utilizing dashboards to reconcile departmental reports and projections. Submit proposals of available resources and undertake special projects to streamline the resourcing function. Mentor and assist in training new staff as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3+ years') or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
- Knowledge of project resourcing and forecasting and applicable tools for tracking and forecasting needs
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of relational databases and ability to generate reports
- Good quantitative and analytical ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and multitask with little supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of expectations and resourcing needed to effectively staff project teams to promote business goals and future authorizations
- Occasional drives to site locations
- Potential Occasional travel required
