Job Summary
Respond to police, fire, and medical incidents while maintaining a visible, uniformed security presence across resort areas. Control access at entry and exit points, monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarm panels, and conduct routine safety inspections. Manage lost and found inventory, key control, and assist guests with security concerns and service requests. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs. Perform traffic control, parking enforcement, and other duties as assigned. Work nights, weekends, and holidays with flexibility to lift 50lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior hospitality or guest service experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Required to pass a background check, drug test and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Requires physical stamina and the ability to work indoors and outdoors, remain on your feet for extended periods, climb stairs, and move quickly for short distances as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field (minimum of 1 year)
- Certificates in First Aid, CPR and AED
