Resort Safety Supervisor

Resort Safety Shift Manager leads a team of Resort Safety (Security) Team Members at a large holiday destination, coordinating shift coverage to maximize guest experience, supporting team workload, providing feedback to Resort Safety Managers, and upholding brand standards. Requires an in-date SIA (Door Supervision) License and a full driving license to operate resort vehicles. Ideal candidate has prior experience leading teams in busy security or safety environments, strong leadership and adaptability skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
