Job Summary
Lead Front Desk, Lobby Experience, and Guest Services operations at Aria, partnering with Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement hotel operational strategies and initiatives. Drive operational and financial performance, including labor and business goals. Oversee hiring for Front Office positions (Front Desk Clerks, Guest Services Specialists, Hotel Operations Managers), supervise Front Office staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences for MGM Rewards Gold and above guests. Focus on delivering luxury service, teamwork, and WOW moments for guests while maintaining seamless daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Operations and Management
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
