Job Summary
As a Resort Mascot at Westgate Resorts, you will embody the mascot character to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for Owners, Guests and Team Members. You’ll wear a full mascot costume, stay in character, greet families in the lobby, take photos, attend and engage at Westgate events, distribute balloons and goodies to families, visit key resort locations, and serve as a mascot handler to ensure safety and smooth guest interactions. You will support resort operations and guest engagement while upholding our Service Philosophy and core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 15 pounds, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
