Job Summary
Lead day-to-day resort operations by managing team leadership, overseeing leasing activities, and coordinating vendor services to ensure smooth daily functions. Plan and execute social events and recreational activities to foster a vibrant community atmosphere while building strong relationships with residents. Oversee administrative and financial functions including payroll, budgeting, and rent collection, and conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards. Collaborate closely with your co-manager as a unified two-person leadership team to address resident needs, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive occupancy goals. This role includes living onsite in a provided manager residence and requires a joint application from two individuals with 3+ years of on-site management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two individuals must apply jointly as a team and be able to reside onsite in the provided manager home
- 3+ years of experience in on-site management
- supervisory experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Prior property management or hospitality experience not required
- Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi) is a plus
- Computer knowledge and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Individuals must be outgoing, highly dynamic, energetic and want to be a part of an active resort community
- Both individuals must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Desired Qualifications
