Job Summary
Oversee daily resort operations across accommodation, food & beverage, leisure, spa, and recreational facilities while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through service excellence and prompt issue resolution. Develop and manage the annual budget, forecasts, and financial plans to maximize profitability by monitoring revenue streams and controlling operational costs. Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase market visibility and build relationships with key clients, partners, tour operators, and travel agencies. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations while overseeing maintenance of resort facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration with 3–5 years of hospitality operations experience, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in hospitality operations, within a resort or hotel environment
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Excellent guest relations, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hospitality systems (PMS, POS, and operational reporting tools)
