Resort Maintenance Technician responsible for routine and preventative maintenance across Sun Outdoors resort properties, including building repairs, grounds upkeep, irrigation, plumbing, pool/spa and recreational amenity inspections, and assistance with site setups to support guest arrivals/departures. Roles require operation of hand and power tools, basic administrative tasks, ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team, with on-call availability. Emphasis on keeping the resort clean, safe, and presentable while adhering to curb-appeal standards and safety procedures.
