Resort Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
As our Resort Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of our Resorts while providing excellent customer service to our guests. This role covers minor repairs to rental homes and facilities, routine electrical/plumbing/sewage repairs, irrigation inspections and repairs, safety and cleanliness of resort amenities (pool/spa, playgrounds, clubhouses, restrooms, and common areas), lawn and landscape maintenance, snow removal where applicable, trash/debris management, and reporting issues to the Resort Manager. On-call availability and ability to work flexible hours are expected. The role also includes supervising or assisting service contractors, maintaining resort vehicles/equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Required Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency (email/internet)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide legible written reports
- Proficient with hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
- General knowledge of janitorial, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance
- Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work
- Ability to respond to resort needs during non-business hours while on-call
- 6 months maintenance experience in a campground or RV resort preferred
