Job Summary
Oversee daily housekeeping operations for approximately 100 timeshare units, leading, scheduling, and coaching supervisors, room attendants, and house attendants. Ensure guest units and public areas consistently meet cleanliness standards through regular inspections and prompt follow-up on deficiencies. Coordinate daily staffing and assignments based on occupancy, arrivals, and departures while monitoring productivity, labor usage, and team performance. Maintain inventory levels for linens, supplies, and equipment; partner with resort leadership to address operational needs and guest concerns. Train new employees, ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, and maintain accurate operational records. Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts while promoting a positive, accountable work environment. Requires previous housekeeping management experience and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping management experience in a hotel, resort, timeshare, or similar hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Hands-on management style with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operation
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, quality control, and daily operational priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on resort needs, including weekends and holidays as required
