Job Summary
Clean and prepare guestrooms by making beds, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and sanitizing spaces to luxury resort standards. Perform turndown service, maintain public areas including lobbies and restrooms, and respond to guest requests while protecting privacy. Transport linens and supplies, stock closets, collect refuse, and report maintenance concerns or lost items. Work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak periods with flexibility for early mornings and evenings. High school diploma, reliable transportation, and fluency in English required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and peak resort periods
