Job Summary
Assign and escort guests to rooms based on their preferences, assist with luggage, and park vehicles to deliver a personalized check-in experience. Provide room quotes and upsell services, share local knowledge for dining and nightlife, and produce keys while maintaining strict confidentiality. Manage travel arrangements, run errands, and coordinate between Housekeeping and Front Desk to verify charges and collect payments. Respond to inquiries, report suspicious activity, and ensure work area cleanliness while following all hotel policies and procedures. Follow scheduled shifts and break requirements to support high GSS scores.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to use technology e.g. tablets, iPads
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend and lift, pull 25 lbs
