Job Summary
Lead the award-winning Verde Ranch RV Resort by overseeing all operations including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage while driving financial performance through budget management and revenue growth. Coach a high-performing leadership team, ensure strict compliance with safety standards, and champion a hospitality-first culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences. Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize occupancy and support community engagement initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader with 5+ years of progressive hospitality experience to manage annual budgets, analyze financial metrics, and develop future leaders within one of the country's premier outdoor destinations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
- Previous General Manager experience in a resort, hotel, RV resort, campground, or multi-unit hospitality environment
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving operational performance
- Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, labor management, and revenue optimization
- Strong understanding of guest service excellence and hospitality operations
