Job Summary
As a Resort Driver in Banff, you are a highly visible, professional ambassador for Rimrock, delivering warm hospitality from pickup to drop-off. Responsibilities include safely transporting guests to attractions such as Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, handling luggage with care, loading and unloading, conducting pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate trip logs, and upholding Rimrock safety standards. You will provide knowledgeable local guidance, expect to engage guests with a calm, courteous demeanor, and support Front Desk and Guest Services as needed. A Class 4 Alberta driver’s licence (and a clean driving record) are required, with on-the-job training provided; reimbursement for Class 4 testing is available. The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and a professional presence to enhance the guest experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Alberta Class 4 Driver’s Licence
- Clean driving abstract
- Proven experience operating passenger vehicles safely
