Job Summary
Operate the cash register and handle cash/credit transactions while providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience. Resolve customer complaints, guide guests, and provide relevant information regarding resort products and services. Turn in all cash, credit reports, and receipts to Cash Control and keep the check out area clean and organized. Maintain thorough knowledge of all resort offerings and proficiency with computers to navigate snowy or winter conditions. Full and part-time seasonal positions are available with weekend and holiday coverage required.
