Job Summary
Deliver luggage from guest vehicles to holding areas and rooms while maintaining cleanliness at the hotel front and reporting spills or accidents to housekeeping. Provide guests with information about the hotel and park, ensuring they feel cared for and at home. Drive golf carts around Sawmill Creek Resort once certified and adhere to federal, state, and Cedar Point driving rules. Carry heavy suitcases and interact with guests of all ages and backgrounds. Work part-time shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, with availability to earn bonus Gold Passes during the month of May.
Required Qualifications
- Ages 18+
- Ability to follow all federal, state and Cedar Point driving rules
- Once certified, must have the ability to drive a golf cart around Sawmill Creek Resort
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to carry over 50 lbs
- Neat appearance
- Charismatic
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
