Job Summary
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and custom creations, while staying up to date on the latest trends to innovate drink offerings. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, follow all health and safety regulations, and handle cash and process payments accurately. Set up before shift and clean up after shift, working closely with the team to deliver efficient service. This role requires full scheduling flexibility, mostly PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Resume and proven working experience as a mixologist or craft bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Full scheduling flexibility
- Mostly PM shifts
- Weekends
- Holidays
