Job Summary
As a Resort Ambassador, you will greet visitors, vendors, and contractors, obtain and relay guest information, manage package and mail tracking, address security responsibilities, escort guests, and report maintenance issues. The role requires good customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to read maps. You will work closely with the Guest Services Manager to maintain a world-class guest experience.
