Job Summary
Facilitate and lead recreational activities including themed dance parties, youth programming, paddle boats, and poolside entertainment while ensuring guest safety and smooth execution. Interact with guests to promote events, provide information, and assist with inquiries, while actively engaging in a fun tropical environment. Oversee equipment inventory and maintenance, reporting issues promptly to ensure all gear remains in good condition. Collaborate with entertainment and beach operations teams to create a cohesive guest experience and fill in areas as needed. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in Florida's hot climate.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be comfortable working outdoors for 8 hours or more in Florida's hot climate
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality and entertainment industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Basic first aid and CPR certification may be required
- Dependable and dedicated work ethic
