Job Summary
Investigate delinquent accounts, administer portfolios, and assess collection of fees, common expenses, strata liens, tax, and utility arrears. Minimize exposure to monetary losses by assisting clients in budgeting to correct existing and avoid future delinquency. Process new PAC information, provide credit ratings, verify mortgages, and collect deficiency balances on discharged mortgages. Review bankruptcy and consumer proposals while filing proof of claim when required. Adhere to policies to ensure AML requirements are met. Work full-time hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Toronto.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player who also works well independently
- Able to meet deadlines
- Competency in MS Office
- capacity to learn new technologies/systems
- Shift work will be required
