Job Summary
The Bilingual Resolution Specialist role focuses on timely collection and administration of delinquent accounts within an assigned portfolio, including investigating arrears, reviewing bankruptcy/consumer proposals, setting up arrears settlement payments, and providing credit verifications. Responsibilities include minimizing monetary losses, assisting clients with budgeting to avoid future delinquency, processing new PAC information, and ensuring AML compliance when applicable. The position supports a hybrid/office-based environment in Montreal and Toronto with strong emphasis on communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking to meet deadlines in a high-volume setting.
Required Qualifications

- Able to meet deadlines
- Competency in MS Office; capacity to learn new technologies/systems
- Shift work will be required
