Job Summary
Investigate delinquent accounts, administer portfolios, and assess collection of fees, arrears, and deficiency balances on discharged mortgages. Minimize exposure to monetary losses by assisting clients in budgeting to correct existing and avoid future delinquency. Review bankruptcy and consumer proposals, file proof of claim when required, and process new PAC information. Provide credit ratings and mortgage verifications while adhering to policies to ensure AML requirements are met. This 12-month contract requires bilingualism (French, English) and includes shift work. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to meet deadlines
- Competency in MS Office
