Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist II in NICU providing medication administration, ventilator management, and complex patient care in a high-acuity neonatal ICU setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, collaboration with the health care team, education for patients, families, students and staff, and participation in quality and safety initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred), active certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT or equivalent, and 0-2 years of clinical experience with emphasis on critical care. Location: Douglasville, GA (Wellstar Health System).
