Job Summary
Set up and operate spot and seam resistance welding equipment; perform welding per approved schedules and engineering requirements; inspect welds and materials for specification compliance; test weld samples for strength, penetration, and nugget size; verify materials and maintain welding process controls; maintain production and quality records; follow safety, quality, and company procedures. Preference given to aerospace manufacturing experience and familiarity with AS9100/NADCAP environments and AWS standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR
- Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings
- Experience with measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers
