Job Summary
The Resin Operator converts raw materials into finished polymeric materials using industrial equipment, including pressure reactors and analytical lab equipment. Responsibilities include loading raw materials, operating batch processes, and conducting quality and safety checks. The role requires meeting production schedules, maintaining clean work areas, and accurately completing production documentation. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma, fork truck certification, and a minimum of three years of chemical manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Fork Truck Certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of chemical manufacturing experience
Desired Qualifications
- Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Technician certification (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with polymer or reaction chemistry preferred
- HAZMAT training (HAZWOPER, etc.) or related experience preferred
