Job Summary
Resin Mixer Trainee responsible for weighing and measuring ingredients, operating scales and computer systems to enter resin mix data, documenting data per GPS-GPS-RM requirements, operating machinery to mix resin and cast film adhesives, and potentially operating a forklift. The role includes resin inventory control and performing other essential duties in a manufacturing environment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid California driver’s license, computer experience, experience in chemical processing, ability to read and communicate procedures in English, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability for any shift with overtime and weekends. ITAR/EAR compliance will be required, and the position is an Equal Opportunity Employer, with accommodations provided per ADA and state/local laws.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalency
- Valid California Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Computer experience
- Experience in chemical processing environment
- Acceptable Spirometry Test results (full/ half respirator use)
- Must have English reading and verbal communication skills sufficient to read, understand and communicate the company operating procedures and policies
- Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be available any shift, over-time and weekends
- ITAR Requirement: U.S. person status verification
