Job Summary
Manage Resin (Virgin, Color, Regrind) to ensure production lines are stocked and maintained safely. Adhere to safety standards for Fork Truck operation and PPE while performing waste plastic removal, sorting, and truck loading. Clean machine material systems, including magnets, filters, and vacuum stations, and troubleshoot material issues by notifying maintenance. Execute Material or Color Changeovers during mold changes and maintain strict housekeeping and 5S standards. Work the 2nd shift (4pm-12am) at Mergon, a sustainable products manufacturer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for 2nd shift (4pm-12am)
- Adherence to company safety standards
- Safe use of Fork Truck
- Adherence to PPE Requirements
