Job Summary
Resilient Business Manager to build and strengthen relationships with distributors, flooring contractors and general contractors; manage and optimize the distribution network within the New England territory in alignment with the company’s distribution strategy. Based in Hartford, CT, reporting to the Regional Vice President. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of account management or product technical support, 2+ years in commercial flooring, interiors or distribution, and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Strong forecasting and budgeting skills, effective communication, relationship-building, and solution-oriented mindset. Emphasis on entrepreneurial spirit, time and priority management, and proactive, collaborative problem-solving.
