Resiliency Testing Coordinator

Job Summary
Lead annual resiliency testing activities to strengthen application recoverability and ensure compliance with Bank standards. Partner with Application Managers and Production Support teams to validate recovery strategies through successful test execution. Track testing readiness and performance metrics, driving remediation for non-compliant applications and escalating at-risk activities to management. Facilitate post-test reviews and corrective action planning to address identified gaps. Provide analysis and status reporting for late, failed, or at-risk testing, while communicating and negotiating across organizational levels to prioritize activities and resolve obstacles. Work under minimal supervision to coordinate vendor information security and business continuity testing services, supporting audit and regulatory matters as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resiliency Testing, and Compliance Risk Management processes
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including automation, reporting, and data analysis capabilities), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, and Visio, with the ability to create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and processes while delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to independently lead complex projects from planning through execution with minimal management oversight
- Strong experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, infrastructure, and support teams to successfully plan and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery exercises
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience tracking compliance metrics, managing remediation efforts, and providing risk-based reporting and status updates to leadership
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to improve resiliency, recoverability, and operational effectiveness
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a highly regulated environment
- Experience supporting audit, regulatory, and governance activities related to Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Resiliency programs
- Must be able to work under close or minimal supervision with guidance from manager or team lead as necessary
