Job Summary
The Resiliency Prevention Specialist will support the National Guard Bureau's Suicide Prevention Program by providing essential resources and training aimed at reducing risks and enhancing resilience among Service Members and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in social work from a CSWE accredited school
- Licensed or certified by a state to practice social work at the master's degree level
- Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Minimum of five years experience in suicide prevention, resilience, or risk reduction programs
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and metric development
- Proficient in organizing work, setting priorities, meeting multiple deadlines, and evaluating suicide prevention and resilience training programs
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching credentials preferred
- Experience in instructing and briefing skills with executive level audiences
