Job Summary
Residential Youth Program Manager responsible for overseeing services for individuals with developmental disabilities in residential settings. Key duties include coordinating all services and supports, implementing and training on behavior support strategies, supervising Direct Support Professionals, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining strong communication with service teams, families/guardians, and county boards. Requires at least a high school diploma/GED with two years in the field (bachelor’s preferred), supervisory experience, and strong customer service/communication skills. On-call, full-time role based in Bowling Green, OH, with benefits including training, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, PTO, and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
