Job Summary
Residential Youth Counselors provide direct supervision and support to youth in a residential setting while maintaining a safe and structured environment. Key responsibilities include mentoring youth to develop life skills, facilitating recreational and therapeutic activities, and engaging in crisis intervention as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver's license with reliable transportation.
