Job Summary
Lead supervision, counseling, and behavioral support for youth in residential treatment by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatric, clinical, medical, and education professionals. Develop individual treatment plans to guide interactions with each resident, while leading resident group meetings, coordinating recreation activities, and overseeing activities of daily living. Available for the 3 PM to 11 PM shift including weekends. This role offers a $500 sign-on bonus and an average first-year salary between $48,000 and $60,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (all majors welcome)
- High School Diploma with 1 year of experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health or similar setting
Desired Qualifications
- Recreation experience a plus
