Job Summary
Lead residential treatment support by supervising youth, providing counseling, and developing individual treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guide resident interactions while leading group meetings, coordinating recreation activities, and overseeing daily living routines. Available for 3 PM to 11 PM shifts including weekends. This role offers a $500 sign-on bonus and access to federal student loan forgiveness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (all majors welcome)
- High School Diploma with 1 year of experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health or similar setting
Desired Qualifications
- Recreation experience a plus
