Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for a two-person couple living on campus in student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-on/three-off duty schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married two-spouse partnership for at least two years. - Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-year legally married requirement for both spouses

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Must be 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
