Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. The role includes budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-on / three-off schedule and a later transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license (ability to become certified to drive student vans), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the eligibility for both spouses to be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance is provided, and on-campus housing and benefits are included.
