Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-on, three-off duty cycle at hire, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students in their own home.
